I have been fortunate to have had a very successful professional career. First, over 21 years in the United States Air Force and now almost 7 Years as your realtor! It has been a fabulous journey. The key to my success isn't hard... the foundation to no matter what I am doing, is that I have a passion to always help the people I am around... and then working hard and smart.

Growing up on a dairy farm taught me how to have strong work ethics. Then add being in the military, I am very success oriented and my end goal is always getting the job done! I started out in the Air Force back in 1992, moved here to Colorado in 2004 and retired in 2014, staying right here in Colorado Springs. I then started my real estate career in 2016 and have never looked back at my decision.

I have three years specializing in new home construction. I would help advise and guide buyers on their lot, choice of home and then follow through the whole process with them. I learned the ins and outs of what to look for when building a new home and I also know how YOU should be treated. Building a new home can be just as stressful, if not more, then buying a resale property. I am here to help guide you along the way and be another set of educated eyes and someone that knows the lingo that goes along throughout the process. I truly enjoyed working as a new home build sales agent and learned so much along the way. I am always ready to go back and now help my clients on the other side of the table!

I went back in resale, in April of 2021. I have been working hard ever since getting my own client database going and making sure that every client I have has the best experience and is taken care of from the beginning to the end. It actually goes much longer than that as we remain friends and I am always here to help, even long after the transaction is over. I truly enjoy doing what I do. I know everyone agent says that but I genuinely mean it. This is the happiest I have been with doing my job and helping others. This is where I am meant to be!
